Kritika, an introvert, is a warm-hearted and happy teen born with an extra pair of chromosomes (Down Syndrome). She takes time to warm up to people. Kritika loves using bright colours for her artwork which reflects her zest for life and her raw, unhindered energy. While she struggles to express herself verbally, she’s found her voice through art which is full of bright coloured blooming flowers.
To Kritika, art is a way to show others her joy without needing words as speaking and communicating with others effectively, is a challenge for her. We hope that her paintings make people feel the same warmth and happiness she feels while creating them.
